- Towards Hierarchical Multi-Step Reward Models for Enhanced Reasoning in Large Language Models (2026 · 10 citations)
Process Reward Models (PRMs) score each step of an LLM's mathematical reasoning. They have two weaknesses: they can be gamed through reward hacking, and they need costly step-level annotation. They also penalize a wrong step even when a later step fixes it. - JudgeAgent: Beyond Static Benchmarks for Knowledge-Driven and Dynamic LLM Evaluation (2026)
Static benchmarks for LLMs saturate quickly, cover a fixed slice of knowledge, risk contamination, and pose questions whose difficulty may not suit the model under test.
