- Towards a Unified Benchmark for Arabic Pronunciation Assessment: Quranic Recitation as Case Study (2025 · 13 citations)
Arabic pronunciation training lacks shared, open evaluation resources. Mispronunciation detection for Modern Standard Arabic has had no common test set, and labelled error speech is scarce. The authors build an end-to-end benchmark around Qur'anic verses read in MSA style, without Tajweed. The pipeline has four parts: - Aswat: Arabic Audio Dataset for Automatic Speech Recognition Using Speech-Representation Learning (2023 · 12 citations)
