Papers
- Adapting Event Embedding for Implicit Discourse Relation Recognition (2016 · 11 citations)
This CoNLL 2016 shared task submission addresses sense classification of discourse relations in the Penn Discourse Treebank, with a focus on implicit relations, where no connective signals the sense. - BanglaLlama: LLaMA for Bangla Language (2026 · 2 citations)
Bangla has roughly 240 million native speakers, yet open LLMs handle it poorly because it makes up only a tiny share of their training data. The authors build BanglaLlama, an open family of five Bangla-adapted LLaMA models (from LLaMA 2-7B, 3-8B, 3.1-8B, 3.2-1B and 3.2-3B), each released in base and instruct form.
